The Root Cause of the Issue approach

By evaluating the movement and posture of the body and joints, we addresses past injuries or poor posture that cause discomfort, pain, or undesirable physical appearance, such as rounded shoulders or a neck hump. The goal is to restore proper motion to these areas, often resulting in immediate relief of symptoms. This is achieved using refined manual techniques and instruments developed through extensive chiropractic education and knowledge.

What is a Chiropractic Adjustment?

A chiropractic adjustment is a specialized procedure performed by chiropractors to treat musculoskeletal conditions, primarily focusing on the spine and extremities,

Using manual techniques or instruments, adjustments enhance joint function, resolve inflammation, and reduce pain. Sometimes, you might hear a harmless “crack” sound during the adjustment, similar to the sound when opening a bottle of Coca-Cola. This sound, called tribonucleation, occurs when gas rapidly escapes from tiny spaces in your joints, creating negative pressure. The overall goal of chiropractic adjustments is to restore proper alignment, improve mobility, and support the body’s natural healing processes, contributing to overall wellbeing.

Manual Adjustment

Manual Adjustment

"Chiropractic," derived from the Latin term meaning "practice using the hands,

involves applying controlled force with the hands to specific joints, particularly in the spine and extremities. The goal is to alleviate discomfort, improve range of motion, and support the body’s natural healing processes.

Activator

Activator

An Activator adjustment uses a small, handheld device to deliver a gentle, controlled force to the spine and specific points on the body.

This low-force technique is ideal for older adults, children, and patients with conditions like osteoporosis or those preferring a gentler approach.
Taping

Drop Table

Uses a special chiropractic table with section that can be raised and then dropped during the adjustment.
When the chiropractor applies a gentle thrust to a specific joint or vertebra, the table section drops, creating a sudden downward force that facilitates the adjustment. This technique reduces spine stress, especially when the patient is lying on their stomach, and is a gentler, yet effective form of spinal manipulation without the “pop” or “crack” sounds. This method is ideal for patients who are uncomfortable with manual adjustments, or more fragile: older adults, children, or those with osteoporosis.
Manual Adjustment

Low Force Mobilization:

Involves applying slow and steady pressure at the end range of motion to restore mobility and function by breaking micro-adhesions and elongating the shortened capsule.
This technique lowers the viscosity of collagenous tissue, allowing more movement with less force. It often uses traction to decompress discs between spinal vertebrae,

One on One Assisted Stretching

Personalized one-on-one stretching to improve flexibility, relieve tension & enhance overall mobility.

Specialized Soft Tissue Therapy

Trigger Point Therapy

Used to address localized muscle tension and discomfort

Trigger points are small, constantly tight areas in muscles that can cause referred pain, muscle spasms, sharp local pain, and headaches. The only way to treat them and get relief is by blocking their blood supply and breaking them down. I use my fingers, thumbs, or
specialized tools to apply firm pressure directly to the trigger point, maintaining the pressure
until it vanishes. This therapy aims to alleviate pain, improve muscle function, and enhance
mobility

Myofascial Release

Involves elongating (stretching) the muscle while applying pressure to specific
"tight" areas.

This method effectively addresses general stiffness, tightness, reduced range of motion, and adhesions. By identifying the tight areas of the muscle, pinning them down, and stretching the muscle, we work to clear up any built-up adhesions and improve muscle function.

Combo Therapy

Combines Electrical Stimulation (E-STIM) and Ultrasound waves to treat musculoskeletal pain,
muscle spasms, circulation issues, and limited joint range of motion.

E-STIM uses electric impulses to stimulate muscles, helping control spasms, reduce pain, promote healing, and improve function. Ultrasound therapy sends sound waves into soft tissues, causing friction and heat that relax tissues, increase blood flow, and break down scar tissue. Together, these treatments provide effective pain relief and improved mobility by enhancing each other’s benefits.

FAKTR Soft Tissue

A chiropractic method focused on restoring mobility and reducing pain. With the use of Scraping (IASTM), cupping, taping, and kinetic chain treatments.

integrating rehabilitation during movement to create individualized treatment
plans. Suitable for all ages and body types, especially athletes, FAKTR helps patients improve
beyond medical recovery to optimize performance and reach their full potential.”

Cupping Therapy

Use suction cups to enhance blood flow, relieve muscle tension, and promote healing.

Practiced for thousands of years in various cultures, including traditional Chinese medicine, this therapy can leave temporary red or purple marks on the skin, known as “cupping marks” or “cupping bruises.” Using Myofascial Decompression, cupping releases fascial and muscular adhesions, reduces pain, and enhances mobility.

Muscle Scraping

Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM), uses specialized tools to address musculoskeletal conditions and soft tissue injuries.

These tools apply controlled pressure and friction to muscles, tendons, ligaments, and fascia, breaking down adhesions and promoting the reorganization of collagen fibers. By enhancing blood flow and stimulating the body’s natural healing response, IASTM improves tissue mobility and reduces pain. This technique is effective for treating pregnancy-related pain, overuse injuries, and chronic conditions like plantar fasciitis, tennis elbow, golfer’s elbow, and shoulder pain.

Taping

Applying different types of tape to support and stabilize muscles and joints without restricting
movement.

This technique aids in recovery and enhances performance, providing the necessary support while allowing a full range of motion.

Personalized Rehab Exercise

A personalized rehab exercise program targets specific areas of concern using strength training, stretching, balance exercises, and cardiovascular activities.

This approach leverages muscle memory to correct long-term incorrect muscle functions. Chiropractic adjustments guide muscles to move correctly, but ongoing training, which focuses on the target muscle during exercise, is essential to reinforce the new, correct movement muscle memory pattern. By restoring the connections between the brain and muscles, especially after injury, this program promotes proper muscle function and prevents future injuries.
